CHARITABLE
PURPOSE

What:

'Band of Brothers' is a men's Peer-to-Peer Supportive Community, set-up to break the stigma around men talking about their feelings and showing their genuine emotion.

Where:

Developing a safe place, through continued friendship and peer-to-peer support, we aim to grow our community groups throughout London and the South East, so any man can benefit from the camaraderie of a brotherhood.

Who:

'Band of Brothers' is currently open to any adult male (18 years and older), struggling with isolation, addiction, depression, grief, bereavement, anxiety, PTSD or needing social support.

How:

Sadly, Mental Health is often indiscriminate against everyone, regardless of their race, religion, creed, background and occupation. By empowering men, through education and alternative health and wellbeing styles, we hope to relieve the burden.
